Partnership Manager

PENCIL is seeking to hire an experienced, enthusiastic professional to serve as a full-time Partnership Manager on the Programs Team. The Partnership Manager’s primary responsibility is to serve as a consultant to an assigned network of business leaders and New York City public school principals to assist them in developing high-impact school-based partnerships working in one or more of PENCIL’s Focus Areas: College and Career Readiness, School Leadership, Student Engagement, Family Engagement and School Infrastructure.  The Partnership Manager will be part of a team of seven and will report directly to the Associate Director of Partnership Support.
