PENCIL is seeking to hire a highly motivated individual to serve as the Individual Giving Manager.  This position will work to manage and grow current and developing membership and affinity networks.  The ideal candidate will execute strategies that increase individual donor renewals and expand the donor base with a demonstrated high conversion of volunteers to donors within PENCIL’s network.
